She was really helpful and kept us up to date, letting us know what was going on and when she had chased things up etc. She also replied to emails I sent much later in the evening which I did not expect, but appreciated! We just bought our first home in Oldham. After a few bad experiences with Estate Agents in London we were really dreading it. But Ryder & Dutton and in particular Laura Chadderton there, has been amazing. Ryder and Dutton were great from the offset, Tony came out to do the evaluation, he was really friendly and answered all our questions. Chloe took amazing pictures, we sold on the same day as we went live and Ryan and Sol answered all our queries and dealt with everything on the day. On the day of moving we had many problems with our buyer demanding keys, Laura was literally fantastic throughout, she even offered to speak to me out of hours I needed it, literally went above and beyond.
