Personal Service

I have several properties which are managed by Northwood. The staff are polite and helpful, and all communication has been conducted in a prompt and friendly manner. I previously managed my properties personally but since Northwood started to "look after me" my life has become a lot easier. Void periods are virtually non existent, tenants are credit checked (so I get paid) and no more telephone calls on Sunday mornings when a tenant has lost a key. This has encouraged me to buy more properties which of course, Northwood now also manage. Well done, keep up the good work! Alan
