I recently sold a property through Belvoir in Oldham. We were struggling with a bereavement so the support we received from Belvoir, in particular branch manager Vicky, was so appreciated. From the beginning, Vicky sorted everything for us, leaving us free to grieve. Belvoir sold the property very quickly and I can honestly say, we had a totally stress free experience. The sale was seamless, we got over our asking price, and the contracts were exchanged without any issues. The interaction with all the staff was amazing, they are a lovely bunch of staff who go out of their way to make selling and buying a pleasant experience. With regard to the charges, we were astounded at how reasonable they were, for all the work they did. We were given a price of costs at the beginning and this was honoured. There were no surprises of additional costs.
