David initially came to value our property, he was very polite and professional. We then dealt almost exclusively with Emma Owen who was very responsive to e-mails and we felt she was always working hard on our behalf. My only criticism is that sometimes when Emma was not available to take a call the message to call back was not passed on. Overall a very good service especially is corresponding by e-mail
