Whilst it took a bit longer than we’d hoped to find a buyer it was worth the wait as we achieved a much better price. This was entirely due to our estate agents negotiating skills. However, where they really excelled was in ensuring that things proceeded from agreeing the sale to exchange which proved a very difficult task due to the inefficiency of the professional advisers in the chain. Their fees were very competitive too. We were very grateful that our estate agent and solicitor were excellent. Overall we were really pleased with them and would strongly recommend them to anyone else.
