Terrible customer service
Do not recommend anything about this company!! The Oban office had my parents house for sale for over a year. Not only did the agents do nothing in that year, a member of staff broke a table standing on it to take pictures, kept sending confidential mail to an address 100s of miles away from the intended address where anyone could have opened it and the mail lay in a sorting office for weeks on end. They stressed my parents out and made them ill and would phone to apologies profusely occasional and give false promises. When they withdrew the house and did not want the services they got a feeble apology from them. They now have a new estate agent who has done more in one month than this excuse for an estate agents did in a year. They should hang their heads in shame and we are still waiting on the reimbursement for the table that they broke and promised to pay back. Shocking service.

Unhelpful this is why agents have a bad name
Unhelpful never answer the phone, don't return calls, don't know what they are doing.
