Sales negotiator Aleena Nazir has been such a massive help, making sure I'm well informed throughout the process, she was quick with responding to correspondence, and generally very helpful. Charlotte Poutney as well was extremely helpful in our property purchase, and she went above and beyond in her job from the moment the case was handed to her til completion.

My sale was initially handled by Karly Bibby. She kept me informed throughout the process and updated me as soon as she had any new information. She had to do a lot of chasing to progress matters, which she did with efficiency and persistence. Overall, I have been very happy with the service provided. After the sale was agreed the progressing of it up to exchange / completion was handled by Gemma Payne and Rochelle Sykes. They also did a tremendous job of chasing the sale through and updating me as they did so.
