To their credit they took nice photos, wrote a good description and the property was online quickly. However, Estate Agent tasked with selling house had not actually been around house after 3.5 months - had no 'feel' for the house. The viewings were left to other people and feel there was a disconnect between the two. Their contract also ties you in with them for a long period and gives them exclusivity. Think carefully before choosing this agent.

Post Sale review - 1 star would actually like to give a 0 or negative. I'm constantly on their tail to get the sale closed, numerous follow up instead of updates. 3 months plus no closure till date ,stating one thing it's pending with solicitors at the bottom of the chain whilst was given assurance the the chain is actually an agreed sale buyin by an investor. Totally unprofessional unpredictable service as was given a closure date and then changed again. The worst part is that upon expressing my concern and given the facts at the time of sale I have been told by Karly that I'm lieing and argumentative instead I think she was speaking over me.amd not letting me complete. Aside to this I would also like to mention that my calls have been avoided and the sale has not been handled well, therefore I may be withdrawing soon.
