We were also successful in our bid on the house that started it all. Massive thanks to the other team members, we received great communication on the house we offered on (Jacob) and the confidence we felt in the staff who showed our house to interested buyers (Helen and Rochelle). Received excellent service during the sale of my property with Manning Stainton and would definitely recommend. The sale was negotiated by Jacob and he did an excellent job in securing several offers for the property, all over asking price. As the sale progressed I really appreciated the help from the move managers Rochelle and Gemma who made sure I was always up to date with the progress of the sale.

Jacob has been nothing but helpful in the process of selling our house. He helped to secure an asking price offer within the first week.
