We are purchasing a property in Oakham which is being sold through Youmove. We put in an offer on the property on a Sunday morning, not expecting to hear anything until at least the following day, but with 30 minutes, the manager Adie had phoned me to say our offer had been accepted. He then contacted me out of hours, twice that evening to put the wheels into motion. I find it amazing that anyone should still be working late into a Sunday evening, but this was clearly part of his work ethic.
