Rented from Newton Fallowell last month and my experience has been good so far. I've dealt mostly with Bel who was absolutely lovely - punctual to the viewing, answered all my questions and responded to messages in a timely fashion. The thing that stood out for me the most was making key collection seamless (she thoughtfully took my horrendously crowded schedule into consideration, avoiding the added stress of pickup on a weekend moving day) and though it might seem like a small gesture to most, it meant a lot to me.
