As a first time buyer I was in way over my head, I picked a really bad solicitor that dragged the sale out for 4 months. However I'm really glad the seller chose to sell with bairstow eves nuneaton they were amazing! the tenant had trashed the property and they got everything taken care of, they chased everything up, without this the sale would of dragged on longer, I am really happy with there professional service in my mind they went above and beyond.
