I changed the company I was using to rent my properties out a little while ago now. Belvoir in Hinckley, hands-on company very friendly and nothing is to be too much trouble. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Clayton, his lovely wife and daughter run a very thorough business. They arrange everything, I’ve already sold a house with them last year and I’ve just sold my house too. To enable my husband and I to retire by the Sea in Whitby. I have just sold a property through Belvoir Hinckley and I cannot rate their service highly enough. From beginning to end nothing was too much of a problem for them and Ruth was always at the end of the phone or email if I needed anything. She never let anything slip and was always chasing the purchasers, so as not to hold anything up. A complete 5 star service.

Belvoir Agents let out our property in Hinckley for many years. We are based in London so were very reliant on them. They provided an excellent service, communicating well, finding good tenants and arranging repairs quickly. When we came to sell the property recently we had alot of issues with solicitors and surveys. Ruth Moss who was the agent dealing with our sale was fantastic! She was patient, professional and supportive through quite a stressful process. We would highly recommend Belvoir both as a letting and sales agent.
