We became aware of Northwood by finding a property in Nottingham that was being rented by them. The entire process of: viewings, the paperwork and checks, the handover of keys, and even the after-service was easy and straightforward. The communication was clear, the process was thorough but simple and well explained. We found Dawn and the team to be knowledgeable, trustworthy and quick to return calls and messages. Due to the above, we have now used Northwood Nottingham for letting out a property for us. They have managed contractors, arranged certification, done an inventory and full condition report. They completely manage the interface with the tenants including collection of the rent, then make a payment into my account with a full statement each month. I’d recommend Northwood Nottingham whether you’re a landlord or a tenant.

Having had a poor experience with my previous Letting Agent in their delivery of a Let Only service, I chose to shop around. My initial hesitation with Northwood, was that they were a national chain and whether they could deliver something locally. From my first engagement, they came across as very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to address my reservations arising from my previous experience and came across as being well informed and flexible even though this was a standard service to them. After advertising the property on the Wednesday, they had secured a suitable tenant by the Friday. Whilst this reflects the current rental market, I feel it is also down to Northwood through their promotion and arrangements. Dawn was the main point of contact at Northwood and she is certainly up-to-date with all legal aspects and landlord obligations as well as knowing the local market. From this engagement, I would have no hesitation in using Northwood again and recommending their lettings service.

I can't recommend Northwood Estate Agents enough! They are very efficient and helpful. Dawn and her team trully went the extra mile to ensure we were being well looked after. I've never seen a estate agency this good before. Recommend it!

I have just let my main house out via Northwood Lettings and could not be more pleased and impressed with their service. In a former life I was a reasonably large portfolio landlord with a fairly large portfolio across the Nottingham area and beyond. As such, I have had many years of experience of a number of letting agents in the Nottingham area and to be fair, in the main, they have all performed pretty well over the years and I have been happy. However, I have to say that Northwood and in particular Dawn have been simply exceptional- the level of service that I have received has quite simply been incredible. Excellent comms, very friendly service, competitive fee structures, easy paperwork and organising trades have been particular highlights. My house actually received 4 x full asking price rental offers within the first 7 x days of being marketed by Northwood! To say that I was stunned and impressed would be quite the understatement- my house was at the more expensive end of the market and I had expected that it would take a number of months to secure the right incoming tenant, at the price that was asking. How wrong I was, tenant found, referenced and fully moved in within 4 x weeks!!!! I would whole heartedly recommend Northwood if you are considering renting out your property, you really will not be disappointed. Thank you Dawn and thank you Northwood.

When dealing with any organisation it helps when you can associate and contact an "ear." It's all the better if that ear is sympathetic and helpful. Wonderful service from Dawn at Northwood, Nottingham. As an overseas landlord exceptional property management is critical. It’s not easy coordinating in different time zones but she always makes the time to speak at a reasonable hour and has made the process so far seamless! I can tell she cares about both landlord and tenant, ensuring anything that needed dealing with was done. Whether you are letting out or looking to rent, Northwood will take care of you.
