Personal contact and attention to detail, including assistance to improve market visibility for our property, including excellent video and photography to managing viewings to synchronise with our personal circumstances and market environment. We were successful in securing a buyer but unfortunately after Three months was remarketed. Perfect House Sale Yet Again

This is the second property that Tracy and her team at Move & Save have sold for me in the last 4 years. Their valuation and then their on-going advice and assistance have made both sales very easy for me and quick to complete. Both properties sold within weeks of going on the market and at their recommended sale price. This last property being marketed during COVID-19 restrictions and then a lock down. Honestly I could not recommend Tracy and the team more if I tried. From first initial contact to currently going through the selling/STC I could not fault them. It’s been so nice to speak and sell my property with such a friendly team who genuinely care about you and your property. Everything has been so speedy and faultless, the personal touch of the photos taken and the description of my home created exactly the feel I wanted for people to see. Iv managed to sell subject to contract in the space of 3 days! I had phones calls with people wanting to view within hours of it going on Rightmove and I can not thank Move and Save enough.
