Excellent

All I can say about my experience so far is marvellous! Tracy came out on her day off (Easter Monday) really helped me to decide about how to market my property took amazing photo's then, still on her day off she got it uploaded on to Rightmove the same afternoon.. Two days later I've had two offers from prospective buyers.. Whenever I have needed to speak to her she has always been there even in the evening making sure everything is running smoothly and booking in viewings, totally dedicated to her clients is an understatement to say the least. Also, a big shout out to Keeley who looked after me when Tracy had other commitments. In one word AMAZING! I would definitely recommend.

Warm, efficient service

Many thanks to Tracy and Keeley from Move and Save for their assistance in selling our home. Sold in 6 days! Couldn't be happier. Tracy was very direct, friendly and conscientious. Just what we needed. Gave honest professional opinions in order to put our property on the market and receive a quick sale for above the asking price. Thanks again to both of you.

Five star service

If you want an agent who overcharges for a slip shod service and doesn't care less about you as a customer.........................don't contact Move'n'Save............Tracy is beyond marvellous...........her photography skills and knowledge regarding making a property look it's best cannot be bettered.She is very friendly,yet also professional...........and she actually CARES about her customers,which in my opinion goes a very long way.My sale was being constantly held up by my buyers solicitors, who to be quite honest didn't seem to care if the sale happened or not.Tracy took time to go above and beyond her role and single handedly saved the sale when I was getting ready to pull out......I'm not exaggerating when I say this..........and I'm very very happy with the service I received..

Fast sell

Well I know they were professional in every little detail. Never a problem in trying to contact them and not restricted to office hours. Photos took, house on market within 6 hours, within a week after they lined up numerous viewings the house was sold. Constantly being kept informed, never a problem in contacting them. Can't praise there service enough. They may not have an advert on T V but they don't need to. There quality advertises itself. Selling a house talk to them it won't be a waste of time Thanks Move and Save the

Effortless & Peace of Mind

It was an absolute must that we sell our property through Move & Save after they had done such a fantastic job last time. I suppose that in itself is a great advert to their quality of service! David and Goliath Estate Agent.

Having scoured the market for an estate agent to sell my house I was recommended Move and Save. Who I thought who was these ?. So took the plunge and invited them around to value my property. An agent Tracy Kernaghon with Move and Save was brilliant, take about knowing your stuff. No hard sell just stuck to the honest facts and it was an easy choice. Her professional in handling the photos and video was outstanding. My advice go don't go for the leading markets try the independents and be amazed.

Tracy

Tracy made a good impression from our very first phone conversation, The information I requested was emailed to me with amazing speed. The valuation of our property took place the next afternoon. Tracy is very warm and friendly while remaining business like, and tempers her direct approach with a great sense of humour. She explains the sales procedure thoroughly and with confidence while answering questions fully. I smiled at her no-nonsense advice on presentation which I appreciated. Her expertise enhanced the appearance of the excellent photographs and video. All and all she is a credit to Move and Save. I feel confident that she will do her best to expedite a sale. Fantastic Service

Tracy was brilliant with us from the off. She came out the same day and had our house on Rightmove by 8am the next morning. She went out her way to get better photos for us in daylight and stayed in touch with us constantly - even out of hours. Estate agents have a bad rep but Tracy put us at ease and made us feel that she genuinely has our best interests in mind. And best of all we accepted an offer within 4 days! Thanks Tracy.

Brilliant!

Tracy was great from day 1! She came out and did photos as soon as I wanted them, and within 12 hours of my house going on the internet she had organised 7 viewings! And we sold within 5 days! Amazing customer service from both Tracy and Keely, always there at the end of the phone or a text. Amazing value for money too! Thank you ladies so very much.

Stupendous

Move and Save took photos of my house in the morning. My house details were prepared and the advert of the sale was on-line by lunch time. The house was sold by supper time.........what can I say????? STUPENDOUS Thanks to Tracy and Keeley and all at Move and Save.
