Brilliant Experience

I have just sold my property through Move & Save. It's the first time I have used an online estate agent, they were recommended to me by my son. I cannot praise Tracy and her team highly enough. At every twist and turn of selling my property, they have been there every step of the way. Move & Save are efficient, professional and pay attention to detail. Right from the first telephone call when I spoke to Judy who engaged with me right away with her friendly professional manner, I felt a valued client. Throughout the whole process I have received honest feedback from potential buyers who came to view my property via Tracy, Judy & Tina. Tracy works very hard to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients, even working out of hours to ensure everything is running smoothly. I have appreciated her honesty, support, guidance, her knowledge and professionalism. It is very stressful to buy or sell a property, but I would whole heartedly recommend Move & Save as each person is a team player with one goal in mind and that is to help the seller/buyer in the best way possible. Personalised service that put you first

After having our home valued by 3 other agents, Tracy from Move & Save came to value our property. We knew instantly that they were the ones for us there and then. She was warm and friendly and not money motivated like the other agents previous. Tracy has given us a personalised service throughout and kept in contact, even messaging on her day off to keep us updated on things. The other Ladies of the Move & Save team, Judie and Tina, have also been very helpful. The photos that were taken of our home were of good quality and Tracy took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The fee included a premium listing, a video of our home and a 3D floor plan. I would highly recommend the Move & Save team and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you all for your wonderful personalised service

Professional, down to earth sales.

Tracey visited my home on a wet Saturday morning to discuss the potential selling my home and I was won over with her down to earth approach of her knowledge, constructive comments and sales approach. Yes, I moved a few items around my house so that the perfect shot could be taken, it was all in good humour! We discussed at length how the marketing and sale would be handled and a few hours later, the pics and video were done, and that was that. A few hours later Tracey messaged me to confirm that the house was now visible on Rightmove and the journey began...viewings poured in and a sale quickly ensued. In the hands of the conveyances now. I couldn’t have wished for more!

Outstanding!

I am a young first time buyer, who has no experience in this field. When I went to view the house I’ve purchased, the vendor could not speak any more highly of the service she has had from Move and Save, and Since my first call with Tracey I was instantly reassured and met with kindness, knowledge and warmth. Tracey is not just an estate agent but an empathetic, lovely person who has helped me so much throughout my struggles, queries, questions and even tears! I have had conversations with both Tracey and Judy at move and save, and I can not put forward enough how absolutely fantastic they have both been, they really do put people first in everything they do, which has been a breath of fresh air whilst dealing with many professionals during this period. I have had exceptional service from answering calls, to getting back to me when they said they would, keeping me updated EVERY step of the way, and offering a ear to listen when I’ve felt quite overwhelmed, Tracey has even said to me ‘you could of called my mobile number at any time in the evening I’m always here to help’ which is rare and very comforting. I really don’t think I would of been able to do this without the help from Move and save, and I know when the time comes and I’m ready to not just buy but sell my first property, there is no question which estate agents I will be going with! I absolutely can not recommend enough!!!!

Excellent company

I was undecided which estate agent to go with, until I met Tracy. She said she would go the extra mile and be available any time. She definitely was!! She didn’t have a day off for 7 weeks!! She rand me almost daily with updates and rang me Back at 9pm when I messaged her! Really friendly and so helpful. Judith is the lovelies, cosiest receptionist I have ever spoken too!!! A great team. Thank you.

Highly recommend!!!

Spoke to Tracey..she is very professional and helpful and unlike a lot of estate agents follows up with calls does her homework and is a pleasure to speak to! I would highly recommend using her services..she worked through the easter holiday helping me with a potential house and was always happy to look into anything I had queried! She's very knowledgeable and helpful!

Excellent all round service

We were recommended Tracy and the team at Move and Save by a friend and we were not disappointed. The price proved competitive and extremely good value for money. That's just the start, Tracy outlined exactly how she would market the property communicate with us, arrange viewings and liaise with prospective Buyers. Photographs taken of our property were of extremely professional quality and the floorplan and description were accurate. We were encouraged to view our listing before it went live to offer any feedback and request amendments if necessary. The viewings came thick and fast as did a number of offers, the team handled all offers and negotiations promptly securing us a sale from a qualified Buyer. There was no let up from this point though, Tracy has been diligent in her efforts to keep in contact with all parties involved to ensure the sale progressed as it should. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to market their home, their years of expertise shines through.
