We would highly recommend Balgores in South Woodham Ferrers. We were very impressed with all of the team who worked professionally and efficiently with regards to the sale of our house. The valuation carried out by Clive was so quick and efficient. The marketing was amazing and from our property going on the market to our completion day the team were fantastic and we can’t thank them enough!

The Balgores team in the South Woodham office are a credit to the company overall. After having sold our house through them, we unfortunately encountered a number of setbacks that although extremely stressful were handled professionally. The team are diligent and proactive, keeping all parties involved throughout. Whilst all the team including Paul, Marie and Amy were fabulous, a special shout-out has to go to Tom whose customer service and marketing skills are exceptional.
