Criminals. Do NOT USE! We rented a house from Uni2rent now taken over by Nottingham West Lettings. When we first arrived at the house the house was disgustingly dirty, and we spent two days cleaning the house to make it liveable, even the freezer was frozen over so much so we couldn’t use it! When we vacated the house the premises was spotless, they claim they’ve had to get additional cleaners in, which is total rubbish and will not return our deposit!
