As a landlord of a single property and not a big portfolio, I’m perhaps less confident that I have sufficient knowledge on things, yet Jimmy takes the time to answer my questions, clearly and quickly, whilst also offering guidance from his experience & the market. I ask for his opinion because I genuinely value it. He understands that, for me, it’s not just about placing any tenants, but finding the best tenants! The viewing was quick and precise by Hollie, she's friendly and was quick to follow up for us.
