I have rented with Northwood for a little over a year. In that time any issues with the property have been dealt with quickly and in a very professional manner. Time Driven Move / Fabulous

I found myself needing to move into a new place at fairly short notice and identified an Apartment that was of interest and arranged a viewing via Email and was contacted back in a very timely fashion and a viewing was arranged at a time of my convenience. Steve (Stephen) was 10 minutes early to the viewing and very personable and friendly and professional, answered all my questions about the location and was very well informed about the details of the property. I was very impressed and following the viewing I made a deposit payment to ensure the property was reserved; this was largely based on the Apartment but also the interaction with Northwood too. Following this I started the Tenancy application process and was dealing with Peggy throughout this, who was also happy to contact a Family member at our request to discuss the Guarantor process, this went very smoothly as did the rest of the application. I needed a swifter moving date than was originally confirmed and Northwood could not have been more helpful in enabling this to happen, and again I was very impressed with their willingness to help me, something that was very prominent throughout. Meet o sign the Contract and picked up the Keys from Steve. My first Letting Agent experience in almost 10 years, and Northwood left an impression; a fantastic one. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they have my absolute gratitude. The Welcome Box upon moving in was just a huge cherry on top of a quality cake! Great company to deal with.
