This is a big feat since other High Street Agents failed to deliver for months!. As a Landlord I was struggling to find student tenants for my HMO so approached two Norwich letting agents. Humphreys offered the most flexible service for finding tenants (I wanted to continue to manage the letting as a private landlird), took care with photos and house descriptions. Megan was an absolute star keeping with communication and finding individual tenants who all seem great, like minded people, . The fee was very reasonable. As a comparison the other agent quoted a fee twice that of Humphreys but after 4 months found zero potential tenants. I have no hesitation in recommending Humphreys to other landlords and to students.
