I had no idea when I moved to the 'Canary City' 12 years ago that my life was about to change more dramatically than ever before and that I would end up living in the Canary islands, where I have been living now for the past 10 years. I remember walking into Martin & Co shop where I met Mike (Director) and his son Matthew and asking if they could give me some advise on renting out one of my city centre apartments which they did and the rest is history, they have managed both my city centre apartments for more than 10 years so professionally. There just nice, honest, open friendly people who want to help you and provide an excellent service. What more does anybody need in life!? I can tell you that living in Spain has its challenges especially with things like services, its very erratic and seldom stable for any length of time. For me knowing that I have Martin & Co looking after my assests in Norwich gives me complete piece of mind, I do not need to worry at all, they always keep me informed, if I have questions they respond 'pronto' and are genuinely committed to providing a great service. I Came back recently for the Christmas break and took the opportunity to visit one of my apartments as it was empty during a change over period of tenants, have to say I was a little worried about seeing the place being rented out constantly for over 10 years, I didn't need to be, the place was in pristine condition, yes you could see that it had been lived in but this is an example of the work that these guys do at Martin and Co, I was very happy with what I saw. Martin & co managed our let property for 9 years and did a great job. We almost always had tenants and the property was well maintained. 5* Excellent service - thorough, conscientious and friendly. I've been renting my house through Martin & Co while working overseas for the last 2+ years and they take the worry and stress out of renting the property. There have been minor repairs and subsequent insurance claims that have needed to be handled and they have organised the repairs and liaised with the insurance company on my behalf, which makes life so much easier, especially with time differences.
