I had the absolute pleasure of working with James (and Katie) whilst searching for our new home. James took the lead when I first reached out and he found 4 outstanding properties that matched our criteria to a near perfect level. Honestly I couldn't have done better myself if I were in the field. Our situation was a bit more complex, I work in the city and my husband is scouting our roles working at golf clubs or schools. We just transplanted from LA less than a week ago and I needed to resolve housing as quickly as possible so I could focus on starting my new role next week and my husband could start applying for jobs as his work is far more location-bound than mine. The properties he identified were on the doorstep of five gold courses and three private schools (all amazing possibilities for my husband) and under an hour to my office. They ticked all the boxes and were great fits. At first I asked to view one property, then over the weekend realized I wanted to see the other three he had suggested, and on Monday morning he rapidly lined everything up (and had Katie lined up to show us two of them as he was already scheduled during the time for which we were available). We also viewed a property with his peer in another office which we also loved. Within 30 minutes of our last viewing, my husband and I had a short list, two with James and one with his colleague down the way. They collaborated making the whole application process seamless and as easy as possible for two people totally new to this rental environment and, well, within an hour our application was accepted by the landlord and we have found our new home. These folks are miracle workers. Sincerely. They were upfront, transparent, stayed within our budget, explained everything clearly, and have answered more questions than they are likely used to. We are so pleased to have found them and cannot sing their praises enough. 5 STARS!!
