Sam Budgen has been the manager of our property for the past three years. He has always dealt with the issues at the property in an efficient and professional manner. He responds to my emails promptly and this has helped enormously in having a good relationship with our tenants over the years. He also has very good knowledge about property maintenance matters and contacts with reliable contractors.
