I’ve just become a tenant in a property managed by Belvoir in Northwich. It’s my first time renting in over 10 years, and the team were really helpful sorting everything out. I had always heard of difficulties with securing apartments in the UK, fortunately my family`s relocation story was different all thanks to the Belvoir team. Excellent service from James and the team who know the amount of work it takes to be a good landlord and help make everything as smooth-running as possible. We had a freshly vacated property re-let and occupied 19 days after giving Belvoir our initial instruction. The pre-inventory check that Helen did for us was especially helpful, it ensured ALL minor maintenance jobs could be attended to in time leaving the incoming tenants an immaculate property to enjoy right from the off.

Belvoir are an outstanding letting agent - our property in Hartford had been on the market for six months with another agent with no joy, we then switched to Belvoir and the property was let within a few weeks. James gave us excellent advice on how to market the property and made sure it looked ship shape for viewings. We are overseas landlords (having moved to Australia) and Belvoir have made the process of letting from abroad extremely easy. We haven't had to worry about the property at all since it has been in Belvoir's hands. We receive regular updates and inspection reports with advice on any maintenance jobs that need doing.
