My wife and I are experienced landlords, a number of properties managed by Belvoir, Wirral, and one in Northwich, for many years managed by a well known local agent. However, having become extremely disappointed with the performance of our original Northwich agent, we recently were able to switch to Belvoir there, and could not have been more pleased to have done so. The changeover was handled quickly and efficiently. The company introduced themselves to the sitting tenant, and carried out a thorough, video-recorded inspection on beginning the contract, which revealed a large number of basic, but essential maintenance issues that had been completely ignored by the previous agent. We were unaware that things had been this bad, and embarrassed that the tenant might have thought we were reluctant to get things done. Belvoir got quotations for the work to be done and within a short time, it was completed, and photographs supplied to us to see the quality of the work done. All communication with the company has been excellent since we first contacted them. They were patient while we extricated ourselves from the clutches of a very unsatisfactory "rival" and have been in regular contact since then. They are highly professional and very thorough - I could not recommend them more highly.

I have been impressed with the service received from the Team at Belvoir. As a landlord of two properties, which have been previously let for many years with another local agent. I changed to get a better service, which I feel that I now am getting. The switch was made easy by the Belvoir team, who answered any queries very quickly and efficiently. They made the process much easier than I thought, I only wish I had done it sooner.

Changed agent to Belvoir at the beginning of March for my fully-managed let property. Very friendly and efficient people to deal with. The change was seamless and communication between Belvoir, the tenant and me was excellent. She is a very friendly and caring person who helped me through the steps of renting a room at a difficult time. I highly recommend Belvoir who stand apart from many letting agencies in the way they take prospective tenants through the renting process.

Just to say what amazing staff at Belvoir Northwich, they have made renting easy -such a professional , friendly helpful service I can???t thank them enough especially Claire who went above and beyond !and Kerry for a warm welcome whilst showing us around.
