As a first time landlord, who is not a UK resident, they have helped me through every step of the way, including assisting me with documentation required for HMRC. From arranging to have the house made "rental ready", by getting the right contractors to do any work that was required, to finding the ideal tenant. I would rate them 12 of 10. The team have kept me up to date with all details about the refurb of the house, and were very prompt to inform me about how viewings went. I fully recommend this Company.
