After dealing with a few letting agency's we were lucky enough to come across lenwell letting agents who we discovered went that extra mile to accommodate us, fitting in viewings around a working lifestyle, were empathetic to our needs an requirements, we were impressed with the speed an efficiency of the paperwork side of things, which were completed within a week ,hassle free. Rented a property off these guys over a year ago...every repair job has been prompt and appointments have been well kept. James Stewart's customer service is second to none. Now I'm moving into my own property.....but I would recommend Lenwell to all friends and family.

Been with Lenwell some 7 years as an overseas landlord. We have been disappointed with how some of the managing of routine matters have been dealt with over the years and by particular individuals who either do not seem to care too much about their role/job or do not understand property management functions as you work on behalf of the landlord. Then came Adam a few years ago who was a go getter and resolved all issues immediately and gave good sound advise, very helpful. Now we have Simon who is a very responsive and practical "just do it" kind of person. Had to opportunity to meet in person and he is an asset to Lenwell, please make sure you hold on to this staff. Lenwell should adopt multi tasking personal advisors instead of having these multiple positions of which some staff appear not to be familiar with their, landlords, their positions and duties what it takes to work with a landlord, in the simplest ways.. That said I am okay with the service received, As a property manager and business owner myself who worked at a top level in the social housing industry, I very much identify gaps and easily see where there is room for improvement with customer interface, very, small details that will make a difference. Thanks to you all, in a big way to you Simon.
Northampton Branch when you can access staff does very well, phone issues and short staffed. That is down to Head Office which is archaic, due to the owner. Depends, when new tenants money is paid, when you as a landlord get paid, can be over a week.s delay. Would have given a higher rating to the Branch and a lower one to HO
