Just wanted to express how lovely all the staff that I dealt with at Belvoir in my pursuit to find suitable accommodation to rent. In particular I would like to thank Jess, her response and delivery to all my needs and queries were dealt with so professionally that reflected how much experience she has in this industry and don’t be fooled by her youthfulness on presentation! She will bold you over and guide you to find the right accommodation for you! Jess listens very attentively so she can and will find you the right properties to view! Belvoir are lucky to have her and I see her going far. Michelle was lovely too whom was my first point of contact. If you want the right property Belvoir amongst two others are the best estate agents in Peterborough!!

We purchased of first home and I could recommend Sophia enough she kept up updates every step of the way any questions I had the would either answer them or find the answer I am so grateful to her for helping us so much definitely would go with Sophia again I would strongly recommend her. I had used Belvoir as a letting agency for many years and was always extremely happy with their service. When it came time to sell the property I thought it would be prudent to stick with the same company as they had offered an outstanding service. The sale went through smoothly and I couldn’t fault their professionalism. I particularly want to thank Sophia who always went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. A great service!

I have been letting out my 3 properties with Belvoir Peterborough for over the last 5 years. A special review for Sarah who has been amazing. Any query or support needed gets resolved with urgency and importance. The service she provides reflects on her willingness to help her clients no matter how complicated it may be. Sarah resolved with all I needed promptly and right first time. An important asset to the team at Belvoir. All the team at the office are professional but very welcoming and with this also I wanted to say well done to Lottie who runs the branch. Lottie sets the bench mark of how a leader should be for her team. Honest, transparent and very engaging. Lottie and the team are never time sensitive and shows that when you walk in to the branch. Thank you to Sarah and well done to Lottie and her amazing team.

I used Belvoir for about 5 years and am still using. As an overseas landlord, I always have many questions and require assistance from an agent. Lottie and her team are so considerate, attentive and response promptly whenever I asked for assistance.
