Brilliant Service, Great Attitude & Quick Communication
We were a couple renting our first flat together and Trish was very quick at answering any questions we had and sending information to us. The process was enjoyable, smooth and we are really happy with our flat and our new landlords. All the online forms made it much simpler to gather all the information for the application form and references.

Richardsons - Fantastic end to end experience
I can't recommend Trish and Richardsons enough, from the perspective of a tenant and for businesses and private landlords looking to let out property. The entire process is smooth, dynamic (thanks to the Goodlord online system) and gives you the opportunity to complete and submit information 24/7. Especially helpful when trying to organise letting a property around work and family commitments. Excellent end to end service!

Great Service
As usual Richardson's have provided me with a quick and excellent service. A suitable tenant was found within a couple of weeks and all checks done within a day or two. Couldn't ask for more. This is the second time using them and will definitely use them again.

They have been fantastic!
I couldn't ask for anything more from an agent. Richardsons have been fantastic from the start, they are extremely organised and deal with any issues immediately keeping me informed throughout. They have made the whole letting process so easy and straight forward. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.

Great Service

Let in 24 hours!
Trish impressed with her speed or letting, there was simply no delay from instruction to board erected and viewings arranged.. She also demonstrated a great deal of creative flair, seeming to know instinctively the best angle to photograph from!

Main Estate Agent Comparison
There are two good reasons for using Richardsons Sales and Lettings 1. Better service than the main Estate Agents. 2. Half the cost of the Main Estate Agents; and I believe the prospective tenant. pays half the cost as well. Why would you go to a Main Agent?
