Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Amazing experience with Ewe Move. They were our third agent over the course of 2024. We had only one viewer with other agents until we placed our property with Ewe Move then the viewers started flowing and we sold our property very quickly. The sales progression has been first class. Tom showed us around the property and gave us lots of information about the property and the area. We did like the property and agreed with Tom that it seemed a quiet cul de sac even with the kids being on school holidays. Tom was friendly and knowledgable. As me and my husband first walked in to Ewe Move, and meet Laura who showed us houses to buy ( we're looking for first house to buy ! ) she was so helpful, and friendly, that when we choose house to buy from Ewe Move , I knew that we're in good hands. Then we meet Tom, who is working extremely quick with sending documents needed to fill- helping out speedy and smooth purchase. We could view house in many occasions, as guys were making those arrangements with vendor super quick. Ewemove have been a brilliant company to deal with. We found them helpful, responsive and professional while also being very friendly. We bought a 'project' house' and needed several appointments for measuring up and double checking various things and Tom and Laura were both very patient and interested in our plans which was refreshing. FANTASTIC / HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ewemove has been azmazing company to deal with from start to finish. Extemely helpful, knowledge, responsive, and professional with a down to earth friendly approach. Connor was my agent and supported by Laura & and the team of which they all went above and beyond throughout the house sale. I was recommended to use an AI solicitor (Juno) they use of which, upon reading/hearing the benefits (cost and speed mainly) I did, and I have no regrets. For me, the sale was processed & completed in half the time than my local solicitor advised. Their app was great, meaning I could easily access all info, documents, etc, at any time. They would also frequently contact me by phone and vice versa. I could contact them easily (no leaving messages with any secretaries etc) someone on hand in working hours. Due to Connors dedication, knowledge of recommendation of right price bracket for swift sale, my house was sold at asking price to 1st viewing on 1st day uploaded on website !!! The property was completed 8 weeks later. Faultless service !

I had a number of viewings lined up in Bideford, and on the morning of the visits I saw one more i wanted to look at. I rang the estate agent and explained id driven from Basingstoke to Bideford, and was only there that day, would they be able to squeeze me in at short notice. Tom was very affable, rang me back and arranged to see me at the very end of his day, which I really appreciated, it saved me another 300 mile round trip When I met Tom at the property he was really well informed, made a great connection and understood what I was looking for. I made an offer and within an hour he rang me, having negotiated a price that bith myself and the vendor were happy with. In the following 24 hours he has made sure I have all the information I needed, advised me on next steps, and I really feel I could pick up the phone and ask him anything without it being too much trouble.
