James A and the team at EweMove North Devon provided excellent advice, support and encouragement, both when marketing our house for sale and when contracted by us to negotiate for us with the purchase of our next property in Essex. The attractive Rightmove listing and video resulted in multiple viewings in a short time, and a suitable buyer was found quickly. Our upper chain vendor proved difficult to deal with, and James established an agent-to-agent relationship with the vendor's estate agent which managed to come to a satisfactory outcome, eventually. We could not have done that without him. James kept us, and other people and solicitors in the chain, informed of progress at all times. Professional, competent, friendly and empathetic service -- perfect.

Tom Patel at EweMove is like a breath of fresh air! I had two agents visit to value my property and they were like chalk and cheese. Tom was smiling, polite and very helpful while the other guy was all gloom and doom. I know who will be marketing my house when the time comes.
