From the start Belvoir were attentive, knowledgeable and courteous with all their dealings on the sale of a probate property in Swaffham. A few agents were called in to do a valuation but Belvoir were head and shoulders above them. We had help and advice from Anthony, the Manager, and wonderful sales progression through Carol. They really couldn't do enough for us and we are extremely happy with the service all the way through. It's so good to be able to speak to people who really, DO CARE! I have been a maintenance contractor for Belvoir for a few months now following a conversation with lidia, lidia is such a polite and confident person to speak to it makes a refreshing change. The administrator I deal with the most is fiona Hartley, fiona is very efficient and polite, it's a pleasure to work with her. The rest of the team are equally as good. Patsy has done an amazing job in building such a professional team. I recommend Belvoir without hesitation.
