A few years ago we embarked on our first buy to let property. We considered buying a new build locally, but before we committed ourselves to the purchase we contacted Patsy, who subsequently met us at the property. From that moment we have nothing but praise for the way Patsy and the team she has assembled has helped, advised and supported us over the last 4 year's. Even offering words of advice and encouragement on the purchase and management of another property that we subsequently managed ourselves. Belvoir have been a pleasure to work with as our letting agents. Danni has always been very kind and helpful to us throughout our rental stay. Belvoir - the only estate agent for the job!! Having dealt with many ???property experts??? over the years, none have gone above and beyond like Belvoir. Astoundingly, when I relayed this to the manager, she simply replied, ???we???re just doing our job.??? But I give credit where credit???s due, and by nothing short of a miracle, both the Watton and Bury St Edmunds offices, coordinated letting out our property and finding our perfect rental home within a matter of weeks. Vitally, communication with all staff has been faultless and dare I say, a pleasure. The Property Administrator at Belvoir in Watton, who we deal with, is Megan Stratton-Dennis. We contact her regarding any maintenance issues at our property. Megan always deals with any issues we have promptly and efficiently. She keeps us informed about her communication with our landlord and regarding professionals calling at the house to do work. We find Megan to be really approachable, friendly and helpful. Megan is highly professional and is very pleasant and understanding to deal with.
