The detail and quality contained in the property listing ensures you get off to the best possible start. It sets them apart from their competitors and attracted numerous viewing requests and offers in no time. Unfortunately, the first buyer was unable to proceed several weeks into the process but Katie and Brunee were exceptionally reactive in re-advertising the property. From a strong amount of interest it again achieved multiple offers, above the guide price, enabling me to select the buyer whose circumstances best suited my requirements to proceed promptly. Julie was on hand via call or email for an update on sales progression and I always found her responses to be prompt. Exchange and completion took place within ten weeks of the second offer being accepted even with the Christmas break falling in amongst these dates.
