Just amazing, we were struggling with our sale. We had 2 agencies during first 8 months and had only 2 viewings even though we decreased the price few times. Then tried James from numberone and had viewings coming. Our house had many stairs so not everyone liked that when there so we still couldn't find a buyer. We were desperate after some time so told James that we will only try one of the fast selling agencies for their minimum period and if nothing we'll go back to him. No problem for him, he is very understanding. With that agency we had one viewing through 3 months and lowered even the price more. After going back to James we sold the house to the first viewer within a week. Don't waste your time with others like us, go straight to numberone. They really care and are actually looking for buyers and not just waiting when someone calls them.
