GOT SCAMMED BY MARTIN CO Arranged a viewing with partner. traveled h for this property. . Really liked the property and offered to pay holing deposit. Told we cant pay it to the agent or at the property and we have to wait to see what the landlord says. Next day got an email that the laNDLORD IS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING AND WANTS TO GO AHEAD and been sent a bank account to pay deposit. I went to the bank and made the payment. once we paid they gave the flat to someone else and kept my money

Waited until I'd paid the holding fee and then gave the apartment to someone else really unprofessional and now they not answering phone to send back the holding fee Would be wary sending them any deposits or holding fees because your gonna be stuck waiting for it back

Terrible company , as a landlord I was totally let down by this agent ! Would not recommend at all !!

Since the take over of the lettings dept by the new mangament the service and overall management carried out on my property dropped dramatically. There have been a significant number of failures over the past 12 months from failing to inform my tenant of changes / stating they had - then not being able to provide proof through to failing to inspect the property . Their mistakes have resulted in me having to intervene with my tennant ans take matters into my own hands … further to this their ability to communicate and speak to me as a customer is questionable at the least . After being charged for reports I had not requested and their inability to resolve matters I cancelled my contract which again was incredibly problematic. I would think carefully on allowing the Newport office to manage a property and have concerns over their compliance and ability to not only resolve matters that arise but also their inability should things require legal assistance etc .

Completely uncontactable for 3 weeks, no one ever responds to emails and the office is apparently empty at all times. If you need to move quickly avoid this agent

Stay well clear of this deceiving company, i recently bought a property sold through this company everything was going well until the new director Henry had taken over, this guy is the most manipulative, deceiving person i have ever come across. A sale price was agreed until he started giving false information on behalf of the vendor to increase the sale price. He Henry is an un-reliable con-artist, stay well clear of him ! (absolute joke of a person)
