Mark was very proactive throughout the selling process. He answered messages and arranged meetings early in the morning for me, and I know he contacted potential buyers at night when they were available. I met with a few agents beforehand, but Mark was the only one who filled me with confidence and respected my house. He took really nice photos of the house, made a virtual tour and a video of the house within days of me appointing him. Astonishingly, he sold my house within a month!
