Started off well but as soon as we signed contracts to list with them the communication was so bad. No one ever called back, I had to chase them constantly for info or to see if the changes had been made. The board took ages to go up, they weren’t doing anything to generate viewings and they just weren’t proactive in the slightest. There was no guidance or expertise in helping to sell. They allowed us to leave the contract without ties so I will give them that, but I’m just not happy that they kept the marketing fee, as part of the problem outside of the communication was that the marketing was poor, including the photos and how the listing looked online once live.

While not a customer, I was unsatisfied with how long it took for them to remove the listing of my house being purchased when they were acting as a joint agent, despite repeated requests. It took almost 8 weeks to remove the listing after an offer was accepted - I view this as either unethical or incompetent. It takes 2 minutes to remove a listing, why would you need to wait so long?

Worst experience with them ever. Even when I was in buying process I had to chase them for every single thing. Poor customer service ever if I call them tell them something next colleague will tell me they don’t know when I called before there was only one girl who was actually good rest all the staff Josh and Sam no one helped me spoke about one issue I am having to ask about gas and electricity provider as nobody told me to ask this from a solicitor they just kept on lying they will call me back after a few minutes. Even before they did the same with all the process. It’s still such a headache to get a hold of them I thought they might help at least to call the previous owner uf not could just tell straight away they can’t help but they kept on lying they will call me back with information. Such a bad experience can’t explain in my words anymore. Don’t bother with them ever.

Worst place to buy property, No customer service at all, if you put unregistered property on market then explain to the buyer at the beginning, also don't call me to give 5 stars reviews when you don't deserve.

Shocking customer service, appalling communication. Had an offer accepted by vendor, I had to keep calling Jay for updates as sale was complicated. Was supposed to hear from them last Monday, by Friday had heard nothing, noticed on rightmove property now listed as sold. I called them again, to be told another offer had been accepted. Shameful, unprofessional, buyers beware.

Discourteous and untruthful. I am a probate client and grieving, and I expect basic courtesy. Would not use again.NegativeProfessionalism
