It has been a pleasure dealing with Northwood (West Road). The ladies were so helpful and, more importantly, proactive during the purchase of our property - without their tenacity, pushing solicitors, I'm sure we'd still be waiting to move in! When I started looking for my first home I was told it would be one of the most enjoyable experience I would have which led me to believe it would be fairly straight forward... This turned out to not be the case for me and quite possibly may have been one of the most long and stressful processes I have ever been through, However I cannot fault Wendy throughout the process, for reasons way beyond her control the purchase of my first home took ALOT longer than expected but true to her word Wendy was constantly keeping me 'in the loop' with what was happening with my purchase. Excellence customer service from both Wendy and Victoria throughout what was a 'tricky' purchase. They were super helpful whenever I had queries for the vendor and were persistence in looking for solutions. Having met Wendy when viewing the house for the first time, I quickly learned that she was really approachable and her genuinely friendly personality shone through which helped make the long process more bearable. I would happily recommend Wendy as a agent when looking to buy a house!!

After searching for a long time in Newcastle I think I have viewed houses with every estate agent . Hands down Northwood are the best I have used . The people who work there have excelllent local knowledge and really listened to my needs and not only showed me matching propteries but gave me ideas on what was achievable and what others has done to develop similar homes. They were flexible and able to arrange viewings to fit in with my busy timetable. The two agents I directly met were Victoria and Wendy. Both were fantastic at thier job. If I was selling a house I would want these two on the job! Many thanks for your help.

Friendly helpful and professional service

Used Northwood both as a Landlord and a Seller. All the staff in the office were extremely friendly and helpful very professional and kept us updated every week. Special thanks to Wendy and Victoria. Would strongly recommend using their services.

I have rented a property managed by Northwood Tyneside on behalf on my landlord for almost 5 years now. The staff are all absolutely lovely and through the course of my quite long tenancy I have therefore had the pleasure of speaking to most of them. They are flexible in their contact, both using email and phone calls, as well as working round me to carry out any inspections/jobs, which suits me great as I have a demanding job. I rent an apartment in a gorgeous listed building, which is lovely but as it is quite old inevitably I have had a few maintenance issues over the years. Here I give particular praise to the wonderful Laura at Northwood who is always prompt in keeping in touch if I have an issue and tireless in communicating between myself, the landlord, the building management and contractors to get things sorted ASAP. I quite simply cannot thank her enough. I have rented with a few companies previously and had no where near the level of service I get from Northwood. Highly recommend, keep it up Northwood Tyneside :)

We have been renting with Northwood since February and recently had our first inspection with Julia. Julia was very friendly and was able to arrange a time convenient for us both taking in to considering working patterns. The process was quick and smooth and I would recommend Northwood to people looking to rent.

Amazing!

Trying to find a nice house to start of in and the staff at the estate agents were amazing, so helpful and kept us both informed the whole time. We have been in the property about a month and we’re loving it, thank you to the our estate agent Rebecca for sorting it all out for us!
