We have leased two separate properties through Northwood in the last 10 years, one in Winlaton and more recently one in Denton Burn. They are a truly local Estate Agents with a very professional, customer focussed team, in the agency, lead by Michaela Burn. Throughout the last year, during this dreadful pandemic Michaela and the Northwood team went to great lengths to ensure they were always there for us and they ensured their customers were able to access the services we needed to enable the arranging of repairs etc. Megan Galloway has been a real friend in need, overseeing any repairs needed and ensuring we were kept updated as repairs were progressed to completion. We are sad that we are now leaving our current property, but if we do need to lease another property in the future I will definitely use Northwood again.

I have been working with Northwood Newcastle for nearly a year now & they have been incredibly helpful! Jayne & Leanne especially have been & have continued to be extremely responsive & always super friendly on every phone call. Clients who I have worked with within Northwood have repeatedly said that they are the best in the area! 5 stars!
