Great office to deal with!

We have leased two separate properties through Northwood in the last 10 years, one in Winlaton and more recently one in Denton Burn. They are a truly local Estate Agents with a very professional, customer focussed team, in the agency, lead by Michaela Burn. Throughout the last year, during this dreadful pandemic Michaela and the Northwood team went to great lengths to ensure they were always there for us and they ensured their customers were able to access the services we needed to enable the arranging of repairs etc. Megan Galloway has been a real friend in need, overseeing any repairs needed and ensuring we were kept updated as repairs were progressed to completion. We are sad that we are now leaving our current property, but if we do need to lease another property in the future I will definitely use Northwood again.

I have recently sold my house through Northwood and I can not thank them enough! They are great value for money and offer fantastic service. Leanne helped me sell my home, she was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough when giving me all information and options. She took the stress out of selling and kept me up to date throughout giving me peace of mind my property was in safe and good hands!

I have been a landlord for 20 years and having used other letting agencies over the years I only wish I had used Northwood from day one. They are really proactive on all fronts and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
