I’m very impressed by the calm professionalism and efficiency we found in Leanne and her team. Having by this stage been on many, many viewings, this was a relief - she knew all about the building and it’s position in the market, and most importantly she had all the information that we wanted, on the spot. From then on she kept a firm hand on the process, and was great at chivvying people when necessary! We are delighted with the house and I would totally recommend Leanne and the team at Northwood.

I have recently sold and purchased a property. Northwood wasn’t my estate agent but they were the estate agent for the property I have purchased. The service I received was impeccable, a member of staff in particular, Leanne, went above and beyond in all aspects and I don’t think I’d be sitting in my new house now if it wasn’t for her alone. Any queries I had Leanne was always on hand to answer, extremely promptly! at times I forgot I wasn’t her only client. Leanne kept me informed at every stage of the sale and purchase, provided regular updates ensuring I always new what was happening. Moving house is very stressful and she made things a whole load easier with her exceptional communication and sales negotiating skills. As I said, northwood wasn’t my estate agent which makes me want to express even further how exceptional at her job Leanne is because she went above and beyond for myself which technically she did not need to. I highly recommend northwood and in particular Leanne, if I ever move again there’s no doubt I will be using northwood and Leanne.
