Smoothest letting process ever!

I am very happy to have worked with Mansons. Their service was one of the best I have dealt with and Gav was a real help throughout the whole process. Compared to other estate agents in the area this has to be one of the best!

As a previous tenant I've worked with other estate agents before and had a fairl bad experience so was pretty unsure about how this time round would go but I couldn't of wished for a better service. The consistent contact from Gav and updates has been a godsend of reassuring me everything was being handle correctly. Everything was dealt with and finalised writhing brilliant time and I'm now happily moved into my property after only a short period of time sorting everything out. I would definitely feel a lot more satisfied and confident to take on a new property under mansons in the future.

My first experience of private tenancy so I was a bit worried. I had to contact kayley a few times throughout the tenancy. She was quick to respond, she persuaded the landlord to make some enhancements and if she couldn't help she would tell me why.

Elena was excellent in providing us a professional and efficient service, even with the hurdle of one tennant not currently being in the UK the whole process was swift and her communication with us was excellent throughout.

Nick Mansons responded to my initial request and come out the following day to a property I wished to rent. Mansons experience and understanding of the type of people who wold be attracted to the property, along with their extensive local knowledge, allowed them to quickly assess the the market and make a recommendation on the most appropriate rental to charge. They also went to lengths to explain the process involved and also the modifications that were required to make the property meet legal requirements. They even offered to provide costed contractors to carry out these modifications if required. All in all a thoroughly professional service; I cannot commend them highly enough."

Gav in the office was super friendly and helpful. Everything was sorted quickly and efficiently with little hassle. The whole experience went smoothly, and Jonathan was patient and very helpful when showing us around properties.

The whole team is fast, friendly and efficient. I moved to Newcastle from Ireland for work and they were flexible and cooperative. Had to fly over for viewings and they even went the extra mile and gave me a lift into the city centre after one as I was running late for my train. They even opened the office early for me when I went to collect my keys as I have a very tight schedule. Thanks Gav and Elena for getting the paperwork sorted, getting the move in date moved back and getting me my keys really quickly and effortlessly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Mansons have provided excellent property management services over the last few years. They recently organised the sale of one of these properties and the exchange of contracts went through with no problems. Mansons are a local estate agent you can trust!

Mansons were always on the ball with any maintenance issues that arose. The staff were polite and friendly at all times and treated us with respect. As a renter I have often come across estate agents who treated me as less just because I was a renter and not a home owner. This was absolutely not the case with Mansons and I would therefore recommend them to anyone. Shout out to Kayley who was excellent!

The team are all incredibly friendly and available before and during the move. Top class service. Made the whole process very straight forward.
