As letting agents they have always been pro-active in finding tenants each year, timely in getting quotes/repairs carried out and efficient in keeping the required paperwork up-to-date. More recently i have sold my apartment via their sales department (Deborah was my contact). Again the approach that i saw was professional, efficient and engaging.
