Amazing service
Downer & Co are an amazing company to deal with, I would highly recommend them 10 out of 10 service, if your selling or buying a property use them it will take away a lot if the stress when moving. Customer service is outstanding. We dealt with Fraser who I must say is amazing, always available and gives 100% customer service. To everyone at Downer & Co thank you an amazing service. Rach & Andy

Class Act from start to finish
Right from the first phone call the professionalism of the staff at Downer’s was quite evident. When meeting the various members of staff I was always greeted with a smile and felt nothing was too much trouble. The person I had most contact with was Imogen who arranged my first viewing, and also a follow up that gave me an opportunity of collecting some data. There was good communication between the Downers and my legal team, both of whom kept me informed as the sale progressed. I met on Leo Downer a few days before the sale have been completed who was able to find out the answers to some questions I posed and provided me with that information in a very timely manner. Having completed, I was given a small gift to help celebrate in my new home, and also a feeling that should I ever need the services of an estate agent then Downer would be my first choice.

Efficient and friendly
My first time renting a property, and the team at Downer & Co have made it a stress-free and positive experience. Communication is first rate and all queries have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Sarah, Jenny and Lili have been fantastic at resolving any issues and answering any questions; for example an electrical fault was acknowledged within 2 hours on the weekend and fixed within 48 hours! I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending a letting through Downer!

Downer & Co (Rental Services)
I have recently used Downer & Co for rental services. Excellent experience, I was always provided with clear information and responses were very prompt. They helped me secure a place accoding to my requirements while I was in a different part of the country sorting a move. The Staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend Downer & Co.

Make renting easy and enjoyable!
This was the first time renting completely on my own, but I found myself not getting stressed or confused about the processes to follow since staff in person, on the phone and via email were so kind, helpful, professional, and yet honest about the reality of the renting market. I feel like I am in safe hands.

Downer & Co Letting Agents review
All of the letting agents at Downer & Co were very knowledgeable and made the whole process of securing the lease at such short notice easy and trouble-free. Excellent Downers
Absolutely fantastic throughout the process from the start to finish. Attention paid on the valuation to the benefits of the property and a no PowerPoint approach more personal and reflective for the vendor. Swift, on the ball, well managed with ongoing frequent communications. I would recommend to anyone.
