In January this year we lost our mum, she had lived in her home for 56 years and brought up our family there so the house was very precious to all of her children, I contacted Newton Fallowell and two other estate agents to give me a quote, after meeting Oliver there was no doubt in my mind that this was the team to go with, he understood our concerns and how we felt about the house, the team got together and the house was sold within three days, we were kept in the loop every step of the way, Rick phoned me every week to let me know what was happening and if I had any concerns I only had to speak to Sarah and she sorted things out straight away, a very professional and friendly company, I would recommend Newton Fallowell to everyone. 5 Stars My second time purchasing with Newton Fallowell and I wouldn’t want to use anyone else. Our property was sold within 6 days mainly due to Olivers knowledge, an honest professional that always answers his phone no matter what time of the day. Communication is crucial and Sarah was fundamental in this process for us, updating on a daily basis and chasing lawyers when needed. A massive thank you to Richard and the team for a making it a quick and efficient process.

We sold our property in a week, had excellent service from Oliver, James and team , kept us informed and up to date at all times. Tried for nearly a year with a different Estate Agents with no luck, wish we had gone to Newton Fallowell first. Would highly recommend them.
