As with the last 4 house sales, they ensured this fifth one completed despite all the setbacks that were encountered on the way. Neil has a great team behind him with a special mention to his greatest asset ....Sarah. Sarah doesn???t sit back and wait for things to happen, she makes things happen. The biggest compliment I can give Neil and his team is that they communicate throughout the process and give solutions when you come across obstacles. We wouldn???t use anyone else they are extremely professional and proactive. Would highly recommend.

Sarah and the Newark team were a great support when looking for and buying my house. It turned out all the properties I viewed were being marketed by Newton Fallowell and it was Sarah who suggested I look at the house I eventually bought. I wouldn't have done so otherwise and I am very grateful to her her that. From then on, I was kept up-to-date throughout the whole buying process - which in the end was pretty quick and relatively stress-free! I cannot thank Sarah and the Newark team enough!
