Newton Fallowell got my house on the market within 2 hours of doing an evaluation, then sold it for the top of the asking price range. Which would have been enough for me to heartily recommend them to be honest, but it was the bit between the offer and completion which made them really stand out. We had difficult, unresponsive solicitors in the chain and all sorts of issues and hold ups. Throughout the process Rick at the office kept the whole thing moving along, was a calming voice in stressful situations and was very patient with me calling him repeatedly in the more difficult periods around exchange. It was an amazing level of customer care and attention, without which I think the sale would have broken down (or possibly I would have had a nervous breakdown along the way).
